Scallops with Saffron
Ingredients:
3 Fresh Scallops
2 Onions
100gr. Ham minced
Saffron
White wine
Breadcrumbs
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sal
Preparation:
Fry finely chopped onion and simmer. Thoroughly clean the building scallops meat and scallop coral (the orange part). Will lay the scallops on the shells of new, a pinch of salt and we put in the oven 2/3 minutes at 180 degrees to give a space heater.
Once poached onion, add minced ham, saffron and finish sautéing. Add the white wine, a pinch of salt and boil down. Once completed, fill the scallops with this mixture and bread crumbs cast over, the pass others back in the oven 2/3 minutes gratin.
